What information we collect 

We receive and store any information you enter on CYS website or give us in any other way. This includes information that can  identify you (“personal information”) directly or through use of cookies that are requested for certain services (see: Cookie Policy). 

CYS website is using contact information for populating database through registration process with prior  consent from the users. We record all activities on the Website such as inquiries from customers and pricing of suppliers. While  the customer activities are being used for general statistical and market analysis, all supplier activities are covered by a non-disclosure  agreement which is part of any CYS contract. 

If you don’t want to be a part of this service, you can request deletion of your account anytime by submitting ‘DELETE’ request from  your registered email account to info@croatiayachtshow.com. CYS obliges to confirm deletion of your account within 30 days of  the received request. 

Who has access to supplier-related information 

Only the CEO of CYS / Yachtmaster Group (Jadranski skiperi d.o.o.) and a designated project manager can access full webiste visitor  information during communication with customers. Additionally, executives from Gluhak design. can also access this information,  all covered under the non-disclosure agreement. This is not optional and all users of CYS are submitted to these rules for  the purpose of the Website development, maintenance and customer support. 

Display of advertising 

The CYS website may display advertising served by us or by our service providers. We also allow third parties to collect information  about your online activities through cookies and other technologies. The information gathered by these third parties is used to  analyze and make predictions about your characteristics, interests or preferences and to display advertisements on our sites and  across the Internet tailored to your apparent interests. We do not permit these third parties to collect personal information about  you (such as email address) on our site, nor do we share with them any personal information about you. 

Please note that we do not have access to or control over cookies or other technologies these third parties may use to collect  information about your interests, and the information practices of these third parties are not covered by this Privacy Policy. 

External links and social plug-ins if any part of the CYS website links you to other websites, those websites do not operate under  this Privacy Policy. We recommend you examine the privacy statements posted on those other websites to understand their  procedures for collecting, using, and disclosing personal information. 

Changes to this Privacy Policy 

We may update this Privacy Policy in the future. We will notify you about material changes to this Privacy Policy by sending a notice  to the email address you provided to us or by placing a prominent notice on CYS website. This Privacy Policy comes into force on 15  January 2024.
